I misread the original request. The prisoner transport van gets stuck roughly the same amount of times, at least in my experience. Although a variation in the ambulances that arrive would be kinda neat I think.

The Burrito ambulance is a perk for ranking up so this likely will not go through.

You can bind keys using MTA's bind feature. You'll want to specify a speed when you bind the key.
