Can you make certain skins and unmarked vehicles (I know we have these already) unlock at certain levels. Players could use these different skins to RP different roles such as Gang Unit, Narcotics, Auto Theft, Homicide, etc. I would think that they would have to start being unlocked at Sgt. I at the lowest. These units could either be available for specific call outs, or just stay 10-7, do their thing, and respond to specific calls that they see dispatched.
