Suggestion: What the title says.

Why should this be added?: For the Drugalyzer: i think this would be a great thing to have, because you can do some further investigation with the subject. BTW got the idea From LSPDFR. For the Fix: Because when you see a drunk driver turning left and right and when you pull him/her over and use the breathalyser, it always shows 0%. SO please fix it so that its more realistic
