Shooting inside vehicles

Suggestion: As the Subject indicates, allow players to shoot while inside a car.

· This wouldn't be allowed for the driver, meaning that only passengers will be able to shoot.

· You will only be able to use your sidearm ("colt45", "deagle" and "silenced aka Taser").

· The damage dealt from the weapon will be completely ignored. This means that your shots done inside a vehicle won't be able to blow vehicles/break props/kill. This will disable any chances to kill NPCs or blow cars, either by mistake or abusing, as the PED hitboxes while doing this action are, if not inexistent, almost. On other words, complete bullshit.

· With the past point, the usage of this action will be reserved mostly for pursuits, as you'll still be able to blow tyres up, and slightly push cars by the bullet physics force (Although only shotguns and the Minigun have high physics force against non-static props)

Why should this be added?: This would encourage players to partner together, as the companion would be able to use this in pursuit situations, and more.
