If person is dead (has shooted head, no chances to rescue etc.) calling ems will be blocked, we will only can call to coroner, when the coroner will come, he will come out of the car, take body and drive away. Second, the Burrito is already used as an ambulance for EMS when you reach Medical Lieutenant. Third, we don't know if we're using other cars but it will take a lot out of the traffic pool.
