Player Commendation section of the forum

As the title says, opposite of player report, maybe have a section on the fourm where we can go to commend players for their helpfulness, honesty, skill etc. perhaps even have small rewards given to players that receive enough commendations such as something like a 100 - 200 xp boost to a PD of their choice or temporary free items from police vendors, free health stem, free M4 etc. I.E "what reward, if any do you think this player deserves" similar to "what punishment do you think this player deserves".

Why should be added: Just would be nice to have so players can give praise to others they think are doing good. perhaps no rewards necessary but I'll leave you all to ponder that.

p.s: Maybe make it a rule that the player being commentated must have been a a member of the server for atleast 2 weeks - 1 month. or some such rule.
