[Suggestion] Organisation: Gang Intelligence Unit

Suggestion for (MTA, Forum, website): MTA

Suggestion: Create a new organisation (as we have only one right now) for Gang zone patrolling. GTA has a lot of hot zones for that kind of activity (Idlewood, Ganton, Willowfield, Los Flores, East LS, Playa del Seville, etc.) 

Why should this be added?: It would be pretty dope and fun for players to experience some new SAPD stuff. We would add a new organisation to the list. Really don't know what else, it just sounds interesting.

How would you implement this?: I really don't know if it's possible, because I haven't played as a SAHP, but maybe use some of the existent dispatch calls ( Drug deal, street brawl, prostitution, suspicious vehicle) specifically for these units. Work on some new and only G.U. vehicles just as SAHP, same with skins (I think they already exist).

Anything else you'd like to add?: Nope, I see it as a new organisation opportunity and some new fun for the community :)
