[Suggestion] Add a reward for air units and and motorcycle units

Suggestion: Air Units and Motorcycle Units should always get XP when they are called. To avoid abuse you should only get XP every 5 minutes and that you create a system that gives you XP when you are 20 meters away from the one who requested the unit. It should also show you on the map which unit requested the special unit. That would be a completely new system in principle.

Why should this be added?: Unfortunately there is no incentive to be a air unit or motorcycle unit at the moment, this reward would ensure that there will be more helicopter and motorcycle units.
