[Suggestion] More ticket/citation options

Suggestion for (MTA, Forum, website): MTA.

Suggestion: Build up on write citation/ticket option. Currently when you choose such option from the action menu nothing happens. You don't even gain EXP. I suggest that after choosing "Write citation" option another window pops up allowing you to click on one of the few options:

- illegal parking,

- speeding,

- reckless driving,

- unroadworthy condition of the vehicle,

- etc.

Maybe add EXP for giving tickets and option to choose how big of a fine to hand out (50$, 100$, 200$)? Furthermore after finishing an information on the screen could appear just like after you frisk the ped. Green text saying:

"(Driver name from license) has been fined (amount in $) for (reason)." EXAMPLE: Mark Kowalski has been fined 100$ for speeding.

Driver and amount in yellow and reason in red.

Why should this be added?: It would make giving/handing out tickets more meaningful. Gameplay would be improved and become more diverse. Especially for the people who like to play traffic police.

Anything else you'd like to add?: I think I might have suggested something similar in the past but it was misunderstood back then.
