[Suggestion] /partner simpler method

Suggestion: I suggest that you could make "/partner" without name by simply sitting in the car of the person or alternatively have a player list where you can choose your partner. Maybe a popup when you are sitting in the car to ask if you want to become a partner with "yes" or "no" would also be good, because it is sometimes overlooked in the chat, especially by new users.

Why should this be added?: It is easier and faster especially for beginners.
