[Suggestion] Random Occurences of Armed Callouts

Suggestion for (MTA, Forum, website): MTA

Suggestion: Random chances / occurences of armed callouts / suspects like Male with a gun, Massive shootout, Gang shooting, Active drive-by or a basic ambush.

Why should this be added?: The majority of the armed / shooting callouts on SAPD:FR are based off from a frisk, or a 911 call, and over time, this same armed callouts became boring. Addition of a random occurence of shooting can increase the overall fun on the server since the player cannot know he's randomly going to get ambushed or not.
