Suggestion: Cadet arresting & jailing automatically once he cuff the suspect

Why should this be added?: Most of new players join the game , they find its hard for them to keep requesting vehicles (NPC transports will respond to correct way after couple times of trying to request ) , new players leave server because of that problem

Anything else you'd like to add?: To be honest when i was cadet it was hard for me to understand the way of gameplay , this will attract new players to enjoy the game. Cuff and he will be auto jailed . Only for CADET rank
