[Guide] - Items found when you frisk NPCs

In SAPDFR when you frisk an NPC and you find items you often ask yourself, "Is that illegal?". This guide will help those identifying which items are that are illegal and not illegal.

 

Weapons

AK47 - Assault Rifle - Illegal - Reason: Possession of a firearm

Baseball Bat - Melee - Illegal - Reason: Can be used to assault someone

Bomb - Explosive - Illegal - Reason: Intention to do harm/bomb threat

Chain Saw - Melee - Illegal - Reason: Can be used to assault someone

Colt 45 - Pistol - Illegal - Reason: Possession of a firearm

Combat Shotgun - Shotgun - Illegal - Reason: Possession of a firearm

Deagle - Pistol - Illegal - Reason: Possession of a firearm

Flame Thrower - Flammables - Illegal - Reason: Deadly Weapon

Grenade - Throwable - Illegal - Reason: Military grade weapon

Hatchet - Melee - Illegal - Reason: Same reason from above

Knife - Melee - Illegal - Reason: Can be used to assault someone

M4 - Assault Rifle - Illegal - Reason: Possession of a firearm

MP5 - Sub Machinegun - Illegal -  Reason: Possession of a firearm

Molotov - Throwable - Illegal - Reason: Improvised weapon

Pool Cue - Melee - Illegal - Reason: Same reason with the bat and most other melee weapons

Rifle - Rifle - Illegal - Reason: Possession of a firearm

Satchel - Explosive - Illegal - Reason: Intention to harm/bomb threat

Sawn Off - Shotgun - Illegal - Reason: Possession of a firearm

Shotgun - Shotgun - Illegal - Reason: Possession of a firearm

Silenced - Pistol - Illegal - Reason: Possession of a firearm

Sniper Rifle - Rifle - Illegal - Reason: Possession of a firearm

Sword - Melee - Illegal - Reason: Same reason from above

Teargas - Throwable - Illegal - Reason: Can be used at fellow officers(logically)

Tec 9 - Sub Machinegun - Illegal - Reason: Possession of a firearm

Uzi - Sub Machinegun - Illegal - Reason: Possession of a firearm

Drugs

Amphetamine - Drugs - Illegal - Reason: Psychotic Drugs, Schedule II drug in the US

Anabolic steroid - Drugs - Legal or Illegal depending the use - Reason: Sports enhancement drug  Falls under the AAS act of 1990 in the US

Cocaine (also known as coke) - Drugs - Illegal - Reason: Same reason as above

Dextromethorphan - Drugs - Legal - Reason: Pharmacy only, can be illegal if used recreationly

Flunitrazepam - Drugs - Legal/Illegal - Reason: Can be used to treat insomnia or recreational use. Can also be used as a date rape drug.

Ghb (full name gamma-Hydroxybutyric acid) - Drugs - Legal/Illegal - Reason: Another date rape drug, used for medical, or recreational use

Hashish - Drugs - Illegal - Reason: Same material from weed/marijuana

Heroin - Drugs - Illegal - Reason: Recreational use/sold via drug dealers

Ketamine - Drugs - Legal/Illegal - Reason: Recreational use or for medical depending which one. Schedule III drug in the US.

LSD - Drugs - Illegal - Reason: Recreational use, street drug.

Marijuana (also as known as weed) - Drugs - Illegal - Reason: Possession of an illegal substance

Mescaline - Drugs - Legal/Illegal - Reason: Only certain groups can have possession of this.

Methamphetamine (also known as Meth) - Drugs - Illegal - Reason: Possession of an illegal substance

Methylenedioxymethamphetamine (also known as ecstasy) - Drugs - Illegal - Reason: Same reason as above. Can be used for recreational

Narcotics - Drugs - Illegal - Reason: Various drugs

Opium - Drugs - Illegal - Reason: Sold via the drug trade, used to drug the Chinese by the British in the 1800s. Part of heroin.

PCP(also known as Phencyclidine) and analogs - Drugs - Illegal - Reason: Can be used and sold for recreational. Analogues are types of PCP. 30 are known that was recorded in the US

Prescribed Pills - Drugs - Legal - Reason: Belongs to the owner when you searched him/her

Psilocybin - Drugs - Illegal - Reason: Having possession of the mushrooms are prohibited.

Salvia divinorum- Drugs/Plant - Legal in some states and countries - Reason: Used for spiritual or induce visions

Used needles - Illegal - Reason: Injecting heroin

A Map - legal

A Phone - legal, Can you give it back? I need to make some calls.

A Sandwich - legal

A broke screw - legal

A used condom - legal, throw that away will ya?

A wooden stick - legal, unless you treat it like a weapon

An empty bottle - legal, probably a water a bottle

An empty wallet - legal

Avocado - legal, it's a fruit

Bag of Candy - legal, unless it was used to lure children but since this is GTA, there are no children.

Beer cans - illegal, falls under open containers

Bible - legal, THE POWER OF CHRIST COMPELS YOU

Bills - legal

Blood covered rag - legal can be used to wipe bloody noses. Unless you cleaned up a murder scene.

Bloody knife - illegal, if it was used an in murder

Buttplug - legal, same with sex toys if it's based on the regulation of your country or state

Cabbage - legal, its a vegetable

Cactus - legal, it's a plant

Car keys - legal, obviously you need that to start your car

Chocolate - legal

Condoms - legal, for safe sex obviously

Dead animal - illegal, animal cruelty

Depression pills - legal, they need it to keep their mental health up.

Diarrhea Pills - legal, it's for those who have issues with their bowels

Dildo - legal, counts with depending on regulations on the sale of sex toys. Can be considered a weapon if you are beaten by one while on duty

Dog and Cat Toys - legal, makes your pets behave

Dog treats - legal

Driver's License - legal

Duct Tape - Adhesive - legal, not a type of condom.

Eaten Bubblegun - legal, it's a food item

Empty notes - legal

Flowers - legal, Are those for me? <3

Fluffy Cuffs - legal, for your all kinky needs

Ghost Peppers - legal, again a food item

Gloves - legal

Gum - legal, it's chewing gum

Hamster - Pet - legal

Inhalants - legal, not all inhalants are used for "getting high"

Make up - legal, Wanna get pretty?

Mask - legal or illegal, depends what's it was used for

Milk - legal, drink some for healthy bones

Noodles - legal, a college student's breakfast, lunch, and dinner

Nothing - neither, you're clean.

Pack of Cigs - legal, smoking is bad m'kay?

Panties(Red, Pink) - legal, It's women's undergarments it's not illegal for girls to have them

Police Officer's Head - Illegal, you're a pyschopath

Potatoes - legal

Receipts - legal

Rope -  legal, unless you use it for other stuff

Scissors - legal, Rock beats scissors btw

Sex Toys - legal, unless it depends on your country or state

Sexy Lingerie - legal, buy that for your gf ;)

Suicide note - legal, ask help from a suicide hotline, please

Tissues - legal

Tomatoes - legal

Wad of cash - legal, makin in rain

White Panties with period marks - legal, wash your hands after officer

A Hot Dog - Legal, food item
