  1. I think you may be mistaken on your interpretation of the question asked. Vehicles are not locked to their own jurisdiction but are locked to rank. You can easily use an SFPD car while in LS for example.
  2. This is actually already a feature but it requires a player to be 10-8 as a transport unit.
  3. I wasn't saying it's not a valid bug report I'm merely attempting to help you find a workaround. Typically both parties use the /spawn command to return to the station when the vehicle gets destroyed and such so perhaps try having both parties use the /spawn command instead of only 1 person using it. That might potentially help as I've partnered plenty and lost many vehicles and never experienced this issue but I always used the spawn command along with my partner so that could be why. The suggested solution you give also wouldn't really prove helpful if you aren't getting the co-op xp as that's integral to the mechanic so I'm curious if that's an issue being faced as you said in your report which is why I'm trying to assist you with finding a workaround because that's fundamental to the partner system so finding a workaround is rather important to the game experience especially when I have never encountered this bug in my years of playing, indicating there likely is a workaround.
  4. When you respawn the game automatically ends the partnership so try doing the partner command after respawning, Trying to end partnership after the game automatically ended it might also result in being unable to accept further partnerships. Hope this helps.

  6. 2 things, That works on NPC's when they are out of the vehicle but doesn't address the issue you originally raised but I'm glad you've found a solution to whichever issue you were facing. Secondly, you can't lock threads.
  7. It's not due to mods, the peds spawn inside of where the blue circle is when they get out, so as I said above if you stand outside of that circle and click F they will get out and you won't get stuck.
  8. Thank you for reporting it, A work-around for this bug has been implemented. Simply stand outside where the blue circle spawns and click F and all suspects will get out of the vehicle. If you ever find you're self stuck anyway you can always use the /stuck command.
  9. The transport van is in the "topfun" slot so to get a vehicle into that slot name the files topfun.dff and topfun.txd and it will work just fine.
  10. Platform: MTA:SA server Description: Towing and Transport gives no money despite the pop up notification saying otherwise. How to reproduce: Tow a car or request transport for suspect and keep an eye on your money.
  11. Go to GTAinside.com and look for the user SCPD, all his mods are there.

It would also be pretty neat if we could request a passenger to change to the driver seat, that way if everyone but the driver is good to drive we can choose not to tow it and instead have someone else drive it with the improved menu interactions. Not sure if that's even possible, Same with requesting people to get back in their vehicle, not sure if it's possible but, it'd be neat.
  13. What about if you could go 10-8 in an adjoint jurisdiction and receive a callout in that jurisdiction at the usual 30% exp rate, it would just make the adjoint jurisdictions feel more connected than they are right now.
  14. Suggestion for (MTA, Forum, website): MTA Suggestion: Ability to use a "show me enroute" command to dispatch to tag yourself onto the last call. Could be more useful for more serious call's and armed robberies. Why should this be added?: Allows for officer's finishing a call to tag on and assist with other calls as they're going out. Anything else you'd like to add?: An "out on traffic stop" function to dispatch that relay's your location and being out on a traffic stop from Dispatch, potentially with a command for another officer to tag themselves as assisting on the stop.
  15. Suggestion for (MTA, Forum, website): MTA Suggestion: Be able to visit and purchase food at the various Pizza and Burger places around the map to restore health. Why should this be added?: Gives more use to these buildings and makes them feel less barren, Also prevents needing to call an ambulance due to NPC's driving over you while in a traffic stop etc. Anything else you'd like to add?: Adjoined jurisdiction callout's, Callout's that go out to everyone withing a certain county including Sheriff and Police, could spawn in either county or police, promotes better inter-department play.

Suggestion for (MTA, Forum, website): MTA Suggestion: Right Click is used for towing but it would be useful if left click allowed players to interact with the peds inside of a vehicle, this could be difficult so i thought of a solution for interacting with specific peds, Options in the "Action Menu" could be Driver, Passenger 1, Passenger 2, Passenger 3, and clicking those could enter the current Action Menu for the ped selected. Why should this be added?: Allow's for better interaction on traffic stops and less time restriction to get ped information. Anything else you'd like to add?: Speed Radar added to ALPR that turns red when a driver speeds, with an "Issue Citation" function added to the Driver's interaction menu for speeding drivers, a successful citation could award 5xp and $1
  17. Suggestion for (MTA, Forum, website): MTA Suggestion: A slight increase in ALPR range, around 10-20% range increase should work great. Why should this be added?: Enables running ALPR while driving for oncoming traffic, currently the range is just small enough that it doesn't get the info in time unless you slow to a crawl. Anything else you'd like to add?: Perhaps a ticketing system, but If I remember correctly you guys are working on that. Also, unrelated but great job with the tow truck and breathalyzer fixes.

Just an Idea but is it possible to just have it be similar to the arrest mechanic where if it would give xp for an arrest for certain things then it also gives it for the Citation? to allow officer discretion for arresting vs citation for certain things such as driving a vehicle with outdated tags. Just an idea and it may be out of reach for the current system I have no idea.

Platform: MTA:SA server Description: Write Citation for pedestrians and suspects in vehicles does nothing. not sure if it is known about or if it's not implemented yet. just doesn't seem to do anything. How to reproduce: Interact with a suspect and click Write Citation. it doesn't do anything.
