I'm probably not in a position to recommend solutions here, but this is a problem I've faced before. A /reconnect worked just fine, and sometimes the slight inconvenience of waiting for the login panel to appear did the trick as well.

-One random choosed cop gets a random picked vehicle, may be a motorcycle, bike, semi or even a single mom's 2,000$ camry (Primo). -One random cop gets spinned mid-game for the chaos touch. -Crook gets a fly-ability with his vehicle for a limited amount of time, maybe 15 seconds or 10 for the laughs and giggles. (gets you a good fun clip to post in)
