Dear Advanced Gaming, happy 10th birthday! Today, 3rd of October 2023, marks a decade since this community was created. It's a significant milestone and we want to express our deepest appreciation to each member who has contributed to making Advanced Gaming the thriving community it is today. We've grown together and throughout 10 years created memories that will last a lifetime. We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to every one of you guys - those who have been with us since the beginning and those who have joined recently and in the spirit of that, celebrate by giving you guys an insight into what we've been working on under the radar: SAPD:FR online is an emergency services modification for the platform Multi Theft Auto, or MTA:SA, which I am sure is familiar to the majority of you. As many of you are aware, this modification completely transforms the PC version of GTA SA into an emergency services simulation, where you can choose the path you wish to embark on. Whether you thrive in high-speed pursuits and taking down criminals as a police officer, or you're drawn to the rush of saving lives as a firefighter, or maybe you have a passion for providing critical medical care as a paramedic, the opportunities are endless. You have the power to choose your own path and shape your future. For the past seven years, our team has worked nonstop to evolve and enhance the overall experience of the modification we all know and love, SAPD:FR Online, since we took over from PalmBeachGames. Many updates released, large amount of brainstorming taking place, a lot of player ideas being implemented into the modification from scratch, as well as an improvement of the overall immersion and experience for you guys in hopes that you will enjoy the modification as much as we do. We have come far, but the story doesn’t end here. In fact, it continues. We are thrilled and excited to finally reveal that we are currently working on our very own Grand Theft Auto V server for SAPD:FR Online. This time, it will be constructed using the very popular and well-known platform FiveM. The jump to FiveM and the expansion of the community to have a foot into the digital and modern world of GTA 5 has been on our radar for a long time, as it offers unlimited benefits that we haven’t yet seen or been able to introduce into the modification, including a more robust and modern engine which will help us bypass some limitations we had on the MTA:SA platform. FiveM offers a more modernized experience where we can explore and allow our and your creativity to set the limits. SAPD:FR Online on Grand Theft Auto V is set to take the concept of the original mod to new heights, delivering unparalleled immersion and realism that we haven’t seen yet. A completely new rank structure, an immersive, realistic and larger callout system, a new and fresh dispatch system and a complete revamp of the character creation system, without getting rid of the familiar gameplay system to which you are used to. [align=center]Tour de San Andreas[/align] [align=center]December 30 2017, Saturday, 21:00 GMT+1[/align] Ran By: Chaossy[/member] Reward for winning: 400 exp It's almost the new year, and the second year of SAPD:FR under Advanced Gaming management. So let's celebrate by having an endurance motorcycle race across San Andreas! We’ll be following the highways, and will go through the strip of Las Venturas. The end will take place at CJ’s house. Before you participate, you need to make sure you leveled up and are able to spawn in with a motorcycle. The route will go from Santa Marina Beach, to San Fierro, where you must find your own route around the city to the Gant Bridge. Then the player must find their way to the LVPD through Bone Country. At LVPD, you must drive down the strip and get to the highway. Drive through the LS highway, and try to get to CJ's house the fastest way you can. Keep in mind abusing the GTA:SA physics by tapping the up arrow to get a boost will not be tolerated and will result in an immediate disqualification. We'll be driving on roads, dirt roads even. There will be a couple of fast straights with some chicanes in them too, which I hope will be a challenge to some. We'll be using a set route set up by me, to make the race fair. If you would like to attent the event, just come down to Santa Maria Beach by the lighthouse this Saturday, December 30th. Make sure you are in the discord, you don't need to use a mic although it'll be helpful. Here it is! This event will be based around patrolling the Bone County area, which is not too common for most of you. Before I start babbling on, let's clarify which areas "Bone County" falls under. Bone County is officially a jurisdiction consisting of said cities: Fort Carson, Las Payasadas, Valle Ocultado. To visually clarify it, allow me to do the honors: https://i.imgur.com/12NLdNo.png' alt='IMGUR>'> The map above is basically the whole of Bone County, so make sure to stick within the boundaries. As we always do with events, Discord attendance is REQUIRED in order to hear Dispatch, although a microphone is not. If you want to be a part of the event, but cannot be on Discord, you will automatically be removed from the event. You don't have to talk at all, hell, you don't even need a microphone. All that is being asked from you is simply to be in the Discord Event voice channel. All you have to do to take part in the event is simply just to be at the Fort Carson Sheriff's Department HQ at the parking lot and you should be all set. From there, you will be briefed through Discord. After the briefing is done, you will then be released to patrol Bone County.
