I really like the pack, it has a HQ Texture and it makes a lot of fun to Play with it

Hey, i installed LAPD Car Mods, and if i drive there are all slow like a turtle, also i am accelarating and it is like a turtle. Than i installed another Carpack (SAPDFR Mods Folder) and it was the same, slow like turtles. Please help!
