Why should this be added?: Well, i like this added, because its more realistic. Some departments/sherriff offices do it, like how Jeff Favignano from CZG does it.

The reason behind it is essentially if the patrol car gets hit from behind it doesn't fly straight into the officer and instead turns either left or right out of the way. There's a Cleo script for this but not sure if possible in MTA
