They are not based on any department as the liveries are purely fictional. The Sheriff cars were actually the most complicated skins I've made(funny note: I had to revise both cars maybe 3 or 4 times until I was satisfied and removed some spelling errors). The Crown Victoria only took me 10 minutes to make and it turned out very well. I loved how they turned out so I hope you guys enjoy it. I'm not merging all the packs into one because I want people to choose which one they want instead of just downloading all at once. Notes: - Do not re-upload without my permission - Do not edit the skin.
