First you have to read and accept them, then you will be allowed to create an account. Also at the end of the rules adding the punishments so they'll be aware of them.Why should this be added?: This way we'll make sure that newcomer's read the rules, so they have no excuse when it comes to a mistake. Anything else you'd like to add?: We don't have to tell them to read the rules every time they make a mistake. If they didn't read them, then it's their problem.
