Nick Posted October 24, 2018 Share Posted October 24, 2018 Mini Mac & Cheese DogsSimple and Delicious F/M161 package frozen bread dough dinner rolls, thawed but still cold½ cup panko bread crumbs2 tbsp chopped onion1 tbsp canola oil¼ tsp salt1/8 tsp pepper12 bun-lenth beef hot dogs1 pkg (7 ¼ oz) macaroni and cheese dinner mixLet bread dough stand at room temperature 15-20 minutes or until soft enough to shape. Cut each roll in half; shape into 3-inch long mini hot dog buns. Place 2 inches apart on greased baking sheets.Cover with greased plastic wrap; let rise in a warm place until almost doubled, about 45 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Bake buns 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pans to wire racks to cool completely.In a 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan, toss bread crumbs with onion, oil, salt, and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown, stirring once.Cook hot dogs and macaroni and cheese according to directions. To serve, cut hot dogs crosswise in half.
