A way to solve the use of AI's vehicle for personal use.

Suggestion for (MTA, Forum, website): MTA


Suggestion: A warning or a fonction that immobilize the players from using AI's vehicle for their personal use.


Why should this be added?: Sometime, new players or impatient ones tend to steal AI's vehicles ether after their's blow up, or they have just started the game and that's against the rules for what it causes of mess in the server.


Anything else you'd like to add?: Players can still move the vehicles to clear traffic for (EMS,Tow ...) so they don't get stuck and cause server lag.

Not really the best idea since with the street race callout, for example, a lot of people tend to park the racing cars to the shop's parking lot to clear the road up for towtrucks and so on. I believe that there's no way server could decide if it's used for personal use and take actions or it's simply for moving vehicle out of traffic.

Tosfera already said that he could make it happen, by allowing you to drive the vehicle few meters away, before blocking you

^ this, we can in fact know whether it's personal use or not. We know exactly when the ped gets out of the vehicle, at that moment we also know the position from the vehicle. When the vehicle gets driven away by a player, we simply have to limit the distance to the actual starting point to avoid them from driving a long distance. That, in combination with a warning like the AFK warning would be enough to make people realise it's not the way to go.
