Which rule(s) did the offender break:

1) Do not kill/attack other players on purpose.

Didn't help civilian as EMS. (I called him)

13) Stealing civilian vehicles is not allowed. (EMS AI To be Exact.)

Which punishment do you believe is fair for the offender: Ban for 24Hours/2 days.

Except for the 1st one attacking players which is only punching so it's just him being a troll but the other two pictures doesn't show him actually breaking it and going to LSPD HQ as an EMS is not a server rule either. Locked.
