Most importantly to NOT prop-block the whole Police deparmtent, Spam them, etc.Why should this be added?: There is this type of people who want to annoy anyone they see. And some of them now use props to do it by blocking the department and spamming them. It destroys the fun of playing on the server for other players that now make us notice it on our discord serverAnything else you'd like to add?: We could probably see it as soon as the props even became an idea.
