Custom radio stream for donators

Suggestion for (MTA, Forum, website): MTA Server

Suggestion: A custom radio stream for donators that ties into the current radio system. A donator would be able to input an online stream URL via command or other means, and it would be an additional station on the vehicle's radio.

Why should this be added?: I don't like the radio streams available, and additionally people could use this to stream their local radio station or Broadcastify streams

Anything else you'd like to add?: Potentially, maybe have the streams be read from a text file in the MTA folder that would allow multiple streams be set up and higher level donators could have more streams available on the radio if they set it up.
