[SUGGESTION] Fire department tone outs

Suggestion: Add the option to have an audible tone out for fire department calls. Essentially when you are playing as a fire-fighter, and you get assigned to a callout, a short fire tone out clip would play. This option would be toggleable in the /settings menu, that way if people don't want it to play, they can turn it off

Why should this be added?: Could add some more realism to the game, especially for those people who may want to record gameplay, it would just make it more immersive
