[Suggestion] Fire truck air horn

Suggestion for (MTA, Forum, website): MTA

Suggestion: A script to add a momentary air horn for the fire truck on key 4. Basically when you press it would overlay the air horn sound on top of whatever siren you had previously selected.

Why should this be added?: Would be great for when playing as FD and you are approaching an intersection to give a few really good blasts of the airhorn to say "move outta the way jerks!
