Suggestion: Add the condition to fires that they only go out when there has been no interaction with the fire for a few minutes.

Why should this be added?:  It doesn't make sense. It's demotivating when you put out the fires and it just disappears. It also deprives you of the opportunity to gain experience. You have less work, which makes it more boring and less exciting. It would provide an additional incentive to call colleagues to help put out fires.
