[Suggestion] Add a time bonus for fire callouts

Suggestion: Add a time bonus for fire callouts. Since it would be too much work to set a time limit for each callout, you should allow 30 seconds for each fire. If a callout has 55 fires then you have 27.5 minutes. If you exceed the time limit, you will not get a time bonus at the end.

Why should this be added?: It would add more excitement and incentive to put out the fire faster, and it would give an incentive to play as a team.
