As a base should be taken the police helicopter only with a red paint. Possibly with fire department logo if it is possible. In the future, you could add a thermal camera: https://gta.fandom.com/wiki/Thermal_Vision?file=CJ-ThermalGoogles-GTASA.jpg with which you can possibly detect fire. Why should this be added?: Many have asked for an additional means of transport. It would provide an incentive to play as a firefighter. It would offer additional tactical possibilities.
