Suggestion: Give experience or money if a police officer gets a positive result. 

That means if a police officer: 
does a DUI test on you, 
makes a query with Central dispatch,  
checks a driver's licence,

frisks you,
and gets a positive result, he gets experience or money. 

By making it the case only for positive results, abuse would not be so easy. Also, the reward should only be once for a civilian/suspect.

 

Why should this be added?: This would give players an incentive to check civilians/suspects and not always just arrest them, which is more realistic. It would make street controls or larger civilian control operations much more attractive.
