[Suggestions] - Negotiate with the suspect when attempting a suicide

Suggestion for (MTA, Forum, website): MTA

Suggestion: Reason the suspect to not commit suicide instead of the suspect randomly committing suicide on a callout. You can press the Y for reason or N or threat buttons like in SAPDFR 2.5 to attempt to reason the suspect. Example of a suicide situation in SAPDFR 4.0 (i think):

Why should this be added?:

1. Adds more realism instead of having the suspect to randomly die by the random outcome.

2. Expands new callouts relating to negotiating (e.g. suicide call, hostage situation, e.g.)

I +1 this, all you have to do is press 2 buttons so they don't suicide lol.
