SCPD Posted May 2, 2017 Share Posted May 2, 2017 I'm pretty sure that:1. You don't stand in the middle of the roadway with cars flying at 100km/h to deploy spike strips2. Prob not the best idea to stand on the median of a highway to deploy spikes (usually you wanna stand on the right side of the road and far out onto the grass or behind a barrier)Fortunately the officer who got hit only had leg injuries.
