Strange, will look into it ASAP. Do note that this skin will not stay on the Medical Lieutenant rank forever though as it'll be transfered to the coroners once the system is finished.

I just realized, skin 240 is PD exclusive.

Weapon unlocks have been changed for Police and Sheriff's Department ranks. Shouldn't be hard to understand.
