I don't mean that all fire departments are called to a fire but only one fire department. There should be only ONE callout to ensure that the firefighters can work together. There should be one callout and every firefighter gets this point on the map. Everyone who comes gets experience as now and everyone extinguishes as currently. The current situation is that often hardly firefighters are online, so this change would be in order. I have nowhere written that the entire Fire Department should get experience. The current experience system is fine. The only thing that could be added is a time bonus that everyone gets for working together as a team. If in the future there are 10 firefighters online, you could consider adjusting the system so that there are two callouts with 5 firefighters each. You could also consider whether you make for all fire departments a large fire that sometimes comes where then all fire departments are called. The system is like on some roleplay servers, so I don't understand exactly what the problem is. I find the system much better.

The idea that you can turn off the music in the settings I find a good idea. Music that a large part likes is a radio station where popular music is played I would say. -
Take the gameplay in a bad direction? Analysis of the current situation: It happens more often that for example player A logs in and gets a callout and extinguishes the fire alone then player B logs in and gets his own callout. Now answer me the question if this makes sense? And whether it is fun to extinguish fire alone? If I want to extinguish fire alone I can also play singleplayer. I remember the sentence of MTA: "stop playing with yourself". In general, I have the feeling that you don't put so much value on cooperation that is server-side determined. But that's the only reason why you play on the server at all. Of course it is a little bit difficult to make cooperation possible. If I want to have good police gameplay alone I play LSPDFR.

The radio station should be set by the server and it should be music that everyone likes. Alternatively you could use the start menu music. Why should this be added?: It would give an incentive to be in the fire department more and it would be more fun and realistic. Anything else you'd like to add?: In the future maybe you could add games or something to spend your time in the fire departments.

In itself, there is nothing against it except the potential for abuse. You get the same callouts, but you can bring suspects to the arresting point at the same time. Players who play alone are at a disadvantage. -
The new callout system is really something very groundbreaking and which can maintain or even increase the fun of the game. No more being called to the north of the map as a fireman in Los Santos and being late, which takes away from the fun of the game. The new system worked really well. Maybe you should check if you can increase the time between the callouts a bit, because if you want to go to the fire department as a firefighter in Los Santos after a callout, you often don't make it. but i think it's really good that callouts are more frequent now and only where you work. What i would like to see is a system that prevents you from getting the same missions all the time, because in the long run it's really boring and unrealistic and it takes away from the fun of the game. It should be ensured that you only get callouts that you have not yet received. If you could add this system it would be really great.

[Suggestion] Suspects should have a small delay in hitting

Does not always work. Sometimes you try to run and jump away and the suspect holds you in place. For example, I think that's the case when you're on a slope and you can't jump away or when you're too close to the suspect. That the AI is too easy, I agree in part, that's because the AI always acts according to the same scheme, but should not be a reason that the AI can beat you to death and you have no way to do anything against it. I would find it great if you could fight with the AI properly as in the vanilla game that would make the fights much more realistic and exciting. -

Example: Two players get a callout. Player A and Player B come to the callout. Player A drives with a four-seat car and Player B with a two-seat car. Player B has no room to take the suspect so he decides to put the suspect in player A car. Currently he gets no reward for this, which makes two-seat cars extremely unattractive. Player A gets the same experience and money as if he would get an AI transporter, because it is the same principle only better, because you cooperate with other players and there are no AI problems. Player B drives the suspect to the arrest point as usual.

Currently, it is unattractive to drive a vehicle with only two seats because you cannot drive suspects to the arresting point. And the AI transporter is quite unreliable. I find it a pity that you are punished when you cooperate with other players, for example when you put suspects in a colleague's car instead of your own. For me, you could get less experience and money here because the effort is less, for example, only half.

Why should this be added?: It would be much easier and faster to execute animations. This would also ensure that the animations are used much more. For some animations it is important to execute them in the right moment and this is much faster with a GUI window. You don't have to search for animations and type them manually into the chat. Anything else you'd like to add?: The logic is already there the only thing that would have to be done would be that the trigger instead of commands are GUI buttons.
