Bug Title: I didn't found my files to put .txd and .dff files for mods :( Description: Well, you guys know that if we want to put vehicles mods, we can use server modloader so the mods only can be used on SAPD:FR. But, here is the problem lol, after i open out SAPD:FR->Mods->Deathmatch->Resources, Resources file is empty and i can't find anything in it. Its quite weird, i already reinstall it once but it still missing and i got nothing in my Resources file. I already searching for it on my laptop but still 0 result. How can we reproduce the bug?: I don't know, i just wanna ask for help if someone know about this and how i can get that file back. I just wanted to fix it :'( Screenshots/Video: I got no SS or vid or anything, and i know that this topic is not the part of server bugs. But i don't know what to do :/ So please, if anyone know about it, lemme know :)

Suggestion for (MTA, Forum, website): MTA Server Suggestion: Change Rules #14 desc. Change it to "Killing peds at any situation with no proper reason will not be tolerated" Instead of " Killing street brawl peds without a proper reason will not be tolerated." and give more explanation, like "Dont kill the suspect if they are not attacking you, etc." Why should this be added?: Because sometimes, new player would understand about it BUT only at street brawl and will ignore to taze the suspect when they on another callouts. Anything else you'd like to add ask?: Well, can i know atleast how long the FD and EMS will come out? Is it will be out soon?

If they accepted it using cmds the AI transport will not spawn but if they denied the request the AI transport will spawn for the officer who needed them. Why should this be added?: Cuz sometimes whoever on duty for transport didn't come to anyone who needed transport in situation like street brawl, etc. and kinda sucks to bring them all alone by myself. They just doing another thing and sucks around the town lmao. Anything else you'd like to add?: New police bike that have a model like sanchez, so its like an offroad vehicle for police.

Maybe exclusive vehicle? Such as Infernus, NRG, etc. Or maybe exclusive In-game Weapons? Like Spaz-12, Uzi, etc?
