Wasn't this mentioned a few times already? I think they mention that the AI needs to be completely rewritten for this to work which requires alot of time.

Suggestion for (MTA, Forum, website): MTA Suggestion: Prisoner Transfer callout for prisoner transport van drivers from point A to point B (most likely between police stations). This callout should be assigned to players with a prisoner transport van as well as other cops who may participate in an escort. The van should pickup the suspect at point A and drop him or her off to point B. Why should this be added?: Need some callouts specifically for prisoner transport drivers. Also police escorts are always fun. Anything else you'd like to add?: Prison Transport bus maybe?

Suggestion for (MTA, Forum, website): MTA Suggestion: Improve suspect following you while swimming in water. Why should this be added?: The current follow command makes the suspect swim at a complete random direction while in water until they hit land instead of following you. Currently only works while the suspect is on land. Would be easier instead of trying to herd the suspect to land for several minutes. Anything else you'd like to add?: N/A

I don't mind flipping. It's the blowing up part that sucks :P I should mention that when a vehicle does catch on fire the suspect should flee. I think i made that suggestion in a previous thread. -
Suggestion for (MTA, Forum, website): MTA Suggestion: Auto-spawn EMS/Tow trucks to the scene if they get stuck and can't free themselves for less than 1 minute. Why should this be added?: AI is too drunk sometimes to get there by themselves or they spawn up a bridge and can't reach to the targeted destination. Anything else you'd like to add?: Maybe add the sirens back for EMS?

Technically how it works in LSPDFR is if you drive to the left, the guy you pulled over will also drive to the left. If ya drive right, the guy drives right, etc. Hence the name "mimic me" mod. It is a feature that was introduced as a LSPDFR plugin in Albo's traffic policer for the exact same reason. This video at 0:41 explains how. It might be easier to script than just having the actual AI to drive to the right when you initiate a traffic stop as you can control the guy you pulled over. But then again MTA has limitations so I don't know how easily or possible this will be scripted. EDIT: Hmm it might actually be possible controlling NPC in vehicles ???

Suggestion for (MTA, Forum, website): MTA Suggestion: If possible, add a "mimic me" function to get vehicles to pull over to the side of the road during a traffic stop. Like in LSPDFR. Why should this be added?: So I don't have to write paperwork on a 20 car pileup when I pull someone over for speeding. Again if its possible. Anything else you'd like to add?: Paperwork sucks.

Decrease Damage on Fleeing Vehicle in a Pursuit

I agree with the AI it is difficult to script an AI that actually flees. I can only think of a small workaround by nerfing the damage it take or buffing the overall vehicle health since the current AI will hit everything regardless but still reduces the chance of the car blowing up in less than a mile. At least until the AI becomes smarter. Usually if an AI gets stuck in less than half a mile I literally give it more chance by pushing it so its unstuck from whatever thing it hits. -
Suggestion for (MTA, Forum, website): MTA Suggestion: Decrease the damage the fleeing vehicle takes in a pursuit by half or more. Why should this be added?: Pursuit lasts longer and doesn't catch fire in... 30 seconds after banging every traffic vehicle in existence. Anything else you'd like to add?: Any chance if a vehicle does catch fire during a pursuit the ped gets out of the flaming car and starts fleeing on foot instead of just keeping driving with the car on fire while waiting for its impending doom?

AI medic simply takes away dead peds and heals players. Also if I'm waiting for an ambulance as a cop or firefighter, I usually do /cpr anyways.

I will add the current MVA to the list since its more logical for police to also respond to an MVA to close off roadways and tow away wrecked vehicles. Currently I mostly just tail either a EMS or Fire Engine to find that MVA and assist.

Suggestion for (MTA, Forum, website): MTA Suggestion: Emergency landing/plane crash. Similar to MVA, police, fire and EMS respond to a plane that has crashed somewhere around the area. It could either be a forced emergency landing at one of the three airports or crashed somewhere in a nearby field or area. There could be a possible risk of fire that needs to be put out and injured victims that needs to be treated. Police will also need to close off the area. Why should this be added?: More callouts for police, fire, and EMS. Anything else you'd like to add?: The plane crashing should probably occur on a field or at the airports. Preferably anywhere with open spaces.

The issue would be vehicle mods. Players may prefer using vehicle mods so not sure how the ladder would work from there.

All I can say is its highly controversial. If your just walking down the street marching thats peaceful protest. If your doing property damage or throwing hate speech about supremest or something thats riot and anarchy. The problem starts when innocent civilians are caught in between rioters and police. All you see is just a mass number of people running everywhere and police do not know who to actually detain. They can only detain and closed down areas until order is restored. I.e. 50% chance of arresting troublemakers and 50% of arresting random civies that happens to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. I was watching the news on CP24 and there were interviews saying "wtf am I arrested for?"

Suggestion for (MTA, Forum, website): MTA Suggestion: Move some police vehicles already available for local PD to the SAHP organization as exclusive SAHP cars only (perhaps maybe just 1-3 cars?). Why should this be added?: Would be easier to identify who belongs to the SAHP and who belongs to the local PD. Also maybe too many cop cars within the local PD? (about 3 marked + 3 unmarked + 3 suv's and pickups + 1 motorcycle + 1 police cheetah + 1 golf kart + 1 bicycle + 1 helicopter = 14 cop cars in total) Anything else you'd like to add?: Also add an SAHP tag in the player as well to also identify the SAHP. Decision is totally up to you guys as it may be harder for some players to accept this idea.

That seems to be caused by more players in server. The more the players are in a specific location (cough cough LS) the more likely the callout will appear the same at the same location.

Suggestion for (MTA, Forum, website): MTA Suggestion: Shorten the time of AI transparency to 2 seconds instead of 5. Why should this be added?: I can literally drive onto oncoming traffic without hitting anything for almost forever, thus defeating the purpose on driving on the right side of the road at high speeds. Anything else you'd like to add?: N/A
