[Suggestion] - Clans/Groups/Factions.

Suggestion for (MTA, Forum, website): MTA.

Suggestion: Self-explanatory by the title. It'd be great to have clans with their own GUI and private chat. It's easily seen in various servers of all kinds, whether it's a Freeroam server, maybe a cops and robbers one and of course Roleplay servers aswell. Figured that it'd be great to have this feature in this server aswell.

Why should this be added?: It's never bad to go on a team. The possibility to pertain to a group opens up countless opportunities. Whether it's a group that roleplays in their own group chat, maybe a group that has high standards as an arrest count, maybe even a quota, or simply a group made for the shits and giggles. The opportunities are truly endless. Adding a team experience to a server dedicated to an employment where teamwork is one of its main pillars isn't a bad idea at all if you ask me.

Well i don't think that this is a very good ideea. While on the server we are just cops( in the future fireman and paramedic) and if we have clans. Maybe some... departments like FBI, SWAT and so on. And each department should have a leader. For ex: if SCPD[/member] reach the last rank in LSPD he can join FBI as a leader and he recruits new members, that muss have rank 3 or 4.... I don't know if I made myself clear but the principal ideea is that bigger departaments like FBI should have a leader.

The only reason I could see this being a good idea is if its purely based on where you are. For instance if you are in LSPD, with this suggestion (being in specified groups), you could maybe filter the callouts that you see to only being within the Los Santos area, and the same with the other patrol areas. I could see groups being good for organizing the various departments better, but thats about it

This would actually be pretty nice, a local dispatch for each department, and then whenever dispatch sends officers from multiple departments, it goes into some sort of global dispatch that others can use after a certain rank (Sgt I/Sgt?) in the event of chases nearing boundaries or something similar?

As long as theres no fighting between clans or make up new rules and stuff for that said clan that could interfere with the public rules and regulations I approve this. We once had clans before but disbanded them due to controlling jurisdication on callouts and new rules that don't make sense. We ended up selling private SAPDFR servers to those clans eventually.
