Neider
Suggestion for MTA: serverSuggestion: server Add medical skills from the beginner level, or some experienced level so that firefighters can save virtual lives like EMS paramedic. Then the firefighter can help the injured person, but he must also necessarily notify the ambulance to take him to the hospital on a stretcher. Why should this be added?: This would help in the absence of emergency units (player). Anything else you'd like to add?: That's all
SCPD
I mean, AI ambulance exists for this purpose (even tho they are drunk most of the time).
ReZurrecti0n
I'm not very familiar with the medic/firefighter careers, but both are separate "classes" to my understanding. Medics get calls to handle injured people and Firefighter get calls to handle fires. If Firefighters can do the Medic's job, then what purpose would the medic truly have? Other than playing "taxi" for already handled patients...Nah, can't say I would support this idea, that role should stay with the Medics

The reason being that in life threatening calls the fire department is more often than not the first on scene. This is an excerpt from a paramedic firefighter job description Performs emergency medical activities including, but not limited to AdvancedLife Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) assessment and treatmentof medical and/or trauma adult and pediatric patients So for the script, having firefighters able to perform CPR, or stabilizing lungs is very realistic. However, I would suggest making it a fire engineer or above skill

In real life, doesn't matter who gets there first or who is more equipped for the job, first priority is always saving lives. Even cops have similar capabilities on a much smaller scale. All I'm saying though, is in a game, it may unbalance the classes. Likely to discourage medics who feel like their job was already done by the time they get there (If that makes any sense). I perfectly understand your uncertainty about my proposal. I agree that the medics would feel useless, but what if there is no medic on duty? Are only the firemen themselves? Then someone would have to type in a command well known to all / spawn and drive to the scene. Following the path of my proposal - medical skills would be available to some extent but it would also depend on whether a medic is on duty or not. If there is no medic, the firefighter can help the victim and call an AI ambulance to take him to the hospital. However, if there is a medic (player) then these skills do not work. I think I have dispelled all doubts now
ReZurrecti0n
There is always the possibility of a player medic being AFK or something, so I do believe that fire fighters (Or any player for that matter) should be able to call for a AI Medic regardless of who is online. But honestly I don't know that system very well (Medic/Firefighter) as I rarely play the medic role. Therefore my opinions may be a bit inaccurate... SCPD
AI medic simply takes away dead peds and heals players. Also if I'm waiting for an ambulance as a cop or firefighter, I usually do /cpr anyways.
