Suggestion: I suggest that everywhere on the map should be speed cameras, especially in places where many players drive along and it is dangerous, which should flash, for example, from 100km / h, if you have no blue light on.

Why should this be added?: 
This would ensure that the medics, firefighters and police officers adhere more to the traffic rules and drive slower. As a punishment, for example, 5exp points could be deducted and a fine of 30 dollars could be issued.

This is a RP thing, we won't be adding this in. If a player isn't near the area, there won't be any ped driving there and it'll never trigger. It's a feature that'll never properly work due to MTA's way of syncing peds and the map.
