[Suggestion] Add firefighters to the MVA callout again

Suggestion for (MTA, Forum, website): MTA

Suggestion: Add firefighters to the MVA callout again. I seem to remember that in the past firefighters were also called to the MVA callout. Since the MVA is usually technical, firefighters with the appropriate equipment must also be there.

Why should this be added?: It would bring more variety to a firefighter's day. It would make the cooperation between medic and firefighters more fun.

Firefighters are called in, but there has to be one player playing as FD and on service, otherwise only EMT will be called.

Since we moved to department specific dispatch, there is no longer a FD unit being requested in MVA callouts. In fact; the entire joint callouts are over. We're still looking into a way to get these back into the game.
