When stopping a vehicle there should be a 50% probability that the vehicle will flee

Suggestion: Currently, when the vehicle is stopped, you see that the wheels are turning, but the vehicle is stopped. There should be a 50% probability that when the vehicle is stopped it will flee.

 

Why should this be added?: It would make vehicle checks much more exciting and unpredictable. And it would be more worthwhile to bring in colleagues for support. This would ensure that there are more vehicle controls.

This system is already in place, it's just not a 50% because that would be unrealistic.

There's a 10% chance an innocent civilian will flee, which also has a 50% chance to turn into a pursuit instantly. The 10% will be neglected when the civilian has a reason to run (armed, unpaid tickets, warrants, etc).
