Suggest Chaos Effects here

Hey there guys! A lot of you guys have been sending us suggestions for the Chaos effects lately which we keep forgetting about therefore we've decided it's best that we create this thread in which you can send all your suggestions.

If you wish to suggest an effect, simply reply to this thread with the following:

Get Flipped (Random Cop) - Precisely what the name says, flip a random cop's car upside down. And if someone else is nearby they may be able to get help, so it is like a less volatile version of "Blow up random cop".

1992 Riots - Cops will drive the SWAT tank for 30 seconds before reverting back to their original cruisers. Just one way to reference the last few missions from San Andreas

Food Service - Everyone will be given randomly a Mr Whoopee, Hotdog, and a  Pizza Boy scooter for 30 seconds. Basically you have a 2/3 chances of getting the slowest vehicles.

You're trash - A random cop will be selected to drive a TrashMaster Garbage Truck for 30 seconds

Monster Jam - Everyone drives a monster truck for 30 seconds

NASCAR or "We're turning left" - Everyone drives the Hotring race cars but they have low health like the Cheetah

Kill switch - Random cop gets his engine turned off for 30 seconds

Road barriers - Drops road barriers with the left alt button

Mario Kart - Everyone drives a go-kart 

Nitrous - A safer version of "horn boosting" everyone gets a can of nitrous that lasts until it's emptied. It can be activated with left alt. 

Detach random door - Removes a random part of your vehicle such as the hood, doors, or the trunk of your vehicle

I've made a slight adjustment to your idea here, I've made it so that once this effect is active all the players lose their right movement as well.

Other than that, I marked the suggestions I've added by now and will get to the other suggestions once I have more time, keep them coming and thank you!

Embrace the P-51 Mustang. One random cop gets selected to fly a Rustler mid-game with bombs or guns that can be either dropped or fired on the crook.

Some more random ideas, some of them may hard to implement

Clown Police - Give everyone random primary & secondary colors (Optionally accompanied with a short circus music, feel free to DM me for a sample if we're going through with this)

Blind Cops - The cops' screen turns black for 30 seconds, with the HUD still being visible.

OHKO - Crook & Cops have a collision damage multiplier of 100 for 30 seconds.

Crook POV - Cops see the camera from the crook's POV for 30 seconds, like they do after they die. Their radar blip stays the same and they can move their vehicles.

Pole'd - Spawns a breakable pole in front of the crook

Yeah no. Chaos suppose to be chaotic but still fun. This is just straight overpowered.

Random Train - Spawns a train behind the crook for 1 minute, the same way as the Rhino effect.

I'm sorry but I'll have to say no to this one. We don't want to give any "OP" effects to the cops and that means any effects that would give cops direct access to being able to actually shoot down / kill the crook. The crook is already at a disadvantage as it is with the fact that there are numerous cops against 1 crook hence why we only give the actual effects that can shoot to crooks only.

Unfortunately not possible, once a train is spawned MTA:SA automatically puts it onto the nearest train track location.

-One random choosed cop gets a random picked vehicle, may be a motorcycle, bike, semi or even a single mom's 2,000$ camry (Primo).
-One random cop gets spinned mid-game for the chaos touch.
-Crook gets a fly-ability with his vehicle for a limited amount of time, maybe 15 seconds or 10 for the laughs and giggles. (gets you a good fun clip to post in)

I've done this in a slightly different way, I made it so that the player is placed into a "void" kind of thing. Kinda works almost the same it's just that instead of the screen is black they're sent to a void world and still don't see anything. Name of the effect is "Where Am I?".

Although, I made it so that it happens to everyone rather than just the cops. I could also add a "cops only" version as a different effect though.

Other than that, I marked the effects that I've done so far, keep the suggestions coming guys!

Pac-Man!

The roles are reversed for 30 seconds.

1. The crook gets rotated 180 degrees so it'll face the cops.

2. Every vehicle gets repaired to a full 100%

3. If the crook hits a cop with his vehicle, or a cop hits the crook (damage is done); the cop gets killed and it's vehicle removed (don't blow it up, it'll damage the crook)

 

That way, the crook hunts the cops. Could be longer than 30 seconds if that makes it more fun.
