Did this really happen back in February?

Also, cc'ing Blast3r[/member] since I don't know what upper administration has done in the past for reports like these. There's no evidence other than him saying he did it which in America isn't usually enough to prove someone guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. Dunno what they do though so I'll let him take it
