Which rule(s) did the offender break:I told a player I reported them, I reconnected and they thought I had left. So as I was logging back in. Lautaroluna180 was saying a bunch of crap about me and that i'm a moron. Was also using all caps.

Which punishment do you believe is fair for the offender: Perminent ban this is bullshit!

Handled in game yeah whatever I guess its ok for the guy to use all caps calling me an idiot and moron, spamming just talking crap and not speaking english. All he get is an oh stop it from a moderator. I guess it's ok to break the rules but for me it's not. First awhile back I get 500xp removed because Ryderbro made a false report with some random screenshot of me running. Then I get 500xp for putting a couple cars in the police station enterance and actually admitted to it and yet it wasn't a rule and I never got told to not do it so 500xp was removed then. Like this is bullshit, all of it!
