First, fix your formatting you're using too much space. Second, the Burrito is already used as an ambulance for EMS when you reach Medical Lieutenant. Third, we don't know if we're using other cars but it will take a lot out of the traffic pool.

Removes the whole point of unlocking cars and skins especially for those who already reach the highest level in any of the departments.
