Throwing my two cents on this also the current one is compatible with most mods that are ELM enabled so adding ambient lighting as shown in the video means you have to remap and reposition them in order to fit on the model you are using (I.E a Crown Victoria for example).

Also forcing players to use only 1 siren basically removes the ability for people to use their own. Most players have a siren they prefer using. Like what Max said, you can do it using Alci's SAAT. And to be honest this isn't even needed either.
