  1. Afaik this is not possible due to script limitations. cc: Blast3r[/member]
  2. Supervisory patrol officers do too.
  3. I'm not making a low poly mod of that.
  4. A couple others have already been suggested before too. I'll go into more detail on that the next time I'm at a computer rather than my phone.
  5. I'll start a topic in the administration section
  6. Fixed your post so the entire thing isn't in bold. Also what do you mean by "mds"?
  7. Elevators or just teleport places sound good. Police vendor carries vehicle repairs that should be able to be used on helicopters but I've not tried yet
  8. So basically an EMT unit No, they literally manage emergencies. This particular skin has the star of life because the occupant of the vehicle happened to be trained in EMS http://www.boonecounty.iowa.gov/government/emergency-management
  9. Adding markings to the current Sanchez would be a pain in the ass, too. I've been meaning to do some work to the golf cart and make it color changeable but haven't gotten around to it because I'd have to do the markings a certain way lol.
  10. Can only do so much to Alec's stolen shit SketchUp models lol It is emergency management so not a cop and the star of life just means that there is a paramedic on board
  11. Update the model works better on fbiranch than glenshit. Wonder why. http://i.imgur.com/2Zu6zw1.jpg' alt='IMGUR>'> http://i.imgur.com/gcKqIzP.jpg' alt='IMGUR>'> http://i.imgur.com/L08XPfd.jpg' alt='IMGUR>'> More images: http://imgur.com/a/KzlPG Additional versions: Yes, at least the Waterways Police (main post) and Emergency Management Estimated release time: 1 - 2 weeks (finals season...) Bugs to fix: UV mapping on trunk and others I have not yet noticed
  12. No Radio codes vary greatly which is why communication (especially interagency) is shifting to plain talk. Also if you think I'm learning an entire new set of codes you are wrong. 10-2 Status OK (see 10-83) 10-6 Busy Unless Urgent 10-7 Unavailable 10-8 Available 10-9 Repeat message 10-20 Location (even that isn't used nearly as much) 10-23 On scene 10-24 Assignment complete 10-27 Driver history 10-28 Run plate 10-29 NCIC check 10-33 Emergency 10-41 Beginning Tour of Duty 10-42 Ending Tour 10-50 Crash 10-55 Drunk 10-60 Car in Vicinity 10-74 Negative (also not wanted/negative warrants NCIC) 10-76 Enroute (also not used very much) 10-95 Transporting to jail 10-96 Psych 10-99 Wanted 10-200 drugs That's what's used around my parts in case you were wondering. On my phone so I didn't cross check
  13. Colormod performs very poorly (or in my case not at all) when it comes to any lights that are obstructed partially by lightbar lenses or windshields, and obviously any light completely obstructed. There's little to no point in adding this as most vehicle mods have glass around the LEDs. EDIT: Just got home and didn't see the video. That's actually a REALLY good example of what I'm talking about - the Whelen Freedom lightbar has glass and it does not illuminate much if at all. The "quadraflares" (generic square lights that aren't technically Quadraflares) do not, which is not the norm when it comes to quality police/fire/EMS mods

  15. Your "Other Comments" makes much more sense than adding it to mainchat. That's the reason why it was taken out as it was clogged and hard to follow. If possible, the color change in Central for /rd, /cm (cop message for those who don't get the reference) would be nice, but not a huge color change. I think Central is white now, so maybe a 50-70% grey, or flipping Central to a 40-50% grey and making /rd, /cm white. Still keeps urgent messages with colors that stand out visible. -1 for adding it to mainchat, but +1 for the other comments EDIT: On a side note, to play devil's advocate here, Central is already clogged with a bunch of messages (SUBJECT NEUTRALIZED / SUBJECT NEUTRALIZED / SUBJECT NEUTRALIZED) so if it's possible to reduce that or something that would be nice but as it is now, status updates (like I do - "10-6 at Dillimore PD", "10-95 x2 Flint County Sheriff's Office") would be fun to have.
  16. Suggestion for (MTA, Forum, website): Forum Suggestion: An archive or trash section for me to move topics to Why should this be added?: Why not Anything else you'd like to add?: http://i.imgur.com/j7G3LYM.jpg' alt='IMGUR>'>
  17. I don't see much of a point in this, besides cops usually use the drive thru anyways :p
  18. Whoever did that mod put the lightbar on backwards and the XT6 advisor upside down lawl

  20. Dont be a cop here then half their calls are either bullshit or end up being UTL
  21. Yeah I don't give a shit about what some department 2,000 miles away is doing. If anything I'd turn on a local radio in Chrome and even that's a bit of a stretch for me. I'll up the ante a bit by saying anyone who donates $25+ would get a custom police car mod from me BUT TALK TO ME FIRST as not all models are free to edit ("locked") and I may be busy with life or simply unable to complete the request (if there's no existing 3d model or there's one that needs converting but is 150k+ polies I do not have the skill to make a 3d model or lower polycount to a reasonable amount). Again TALK TO ME BEFORE DONATING if this is something you are interested in. On a side note I will be busy with college and life for the next few weeks so this will not be an option until May.
  22. Players shouldn't get any of the money, in my opinion. That's a common tourist scam in South America. Also generally the court system gets the money not the officer.
