Well i think that this should be an event. I don't think that for a callout would be fine since the npc system is pretty bad and also adding some cadets... eh... would be a disaster.

Suggestion for (MTA, Forum, website): MTA Suggestion: Adding the rules when you create an account. First you have to read and accept them, then you will be allowed to create an account. Also at the end of the rules adding the punishments so they'll be aware of them. Why should this be added?: This way we'll make sure that newcomer's read the rules, so they have no excuse when it comes to a mistake. Anything else you'd like to add?: We don't have to tell them to read the rules every time they make a mistake. If they didn't read them, then it's their problem. The rules were there and they also accepted the rules and the punsihments.

Nice job, this will help us in patrol events and others. Just 1 thing, you should have been using white color on text , while in LS for example it's pretty bad to see that grey text.

Well i think having a suspect runnig after you isn't that realistic. Ok, now my suggestion isn't it that realistic while we do not have a specific animation but I think is still better. Also there should be a option so you can let the suspect. Idk.. you decide.

Suggestion for (MTA, Forum, website): MTA Suggestion: An option to grab the suspect would be nice. So if you have a foot patrol and you don't want run back to your car or to put the suspect to follow you. I know transport is an option, but maybe some of us just want to transport the suspect by their own. Why should this be added?: It should bring a bit of realism and make everything work faster. Waiting for the suspect to walk takes to long. Anything else you'd like to add?: There is no need for an animation. Like in the case with the medical stretcher.

There will be a partner system? That would be nice. Also as combining the "3" departments would be a nice thing. For ex if FD is responding to a fire, there should be victims and so you have to call for EMS. But what i mean is that as long as there are both a fireman and a paramedic they should both get the same callout.
