Good news and bad news: The good news is that it downloaded successfully and I am pretty sure all of the textures are here. The bad news is that the way the installation was set up is that it simply replaced the gta3.img file (as well as several dozen other files) and someone would have to manually extract the appropriate files from the gta3.img for just the textures and I don't have the patience to do that. The reason behind it is essentially if the patrol car gets hit from behind it doesn't fly straight into the officer and instead turns either left or right out of the way. There's a Cleo script for this but not sure if possible in MTA

I can't remember whether it was on PBG's or AG's server but there was a script for a flashlight a while back but it didn't last long due to incredible lag. If it can be redone to where lag is minimal, it might be nice to have.

When I made the burritobulance, I considered doing some sort of 'fly-car' but had the same issue as the one noted below: I would be open to making a fly-car/quick response/rapid response vehicle but only if and when Blast3r asks me to since the server mods do not follow my typical modding style. (I also have no idea what else could be replaced unless we start getting into weird shit like the Tug or the Mr Whoopie and even then they would require MASSIVE if not impossible handling changes).

People keep bitching for more cars so I'd be surprised if this went forward. Personally I don't like this idea. SAHP name tag would clutter name tags more than they already are
